Care Center Security Clearance Level 1
The ID Wristband with security clearance Level 1 is located on a headless corpse just outside the Lead Researcher’s Office on the second floor of the East Wing. A word of advice from our testing: be prepared to move. As soon as you pocket the wristband, a formidable monster known as the Chunk will spawn.
To reach this area, head north upon entering the East Wing. You must navigate through the Examination Room and Treatment Room. This requires using your first Hemolytic Injector to clear an enemy path. Continue south past the Waiting Room and head upstairs. We recommend baiting the two enemies here down to the lower floor, then circling back through the Waiting Room to reach the stairs unimpeded.
Pro Tip: Search the Lead Researcher’s Office before touching the wristband. Once the Chunk appears, your priorities will shift entirely to survival, and you don’t want to leave valuable loot behind.
Care Center Security Clearance Level 2
The Level 2 ID Wristband is obtained by reviving and subsequently defeating the enemy in the first-floor Examination Room of the East Wing. This requires two specific biological components: the Artificial Lungs and the Artificial Heart.
How to find the Artificial Lungs:
- Use your Level 1 clearance at the Security Point south of the Kitchen in the West Wing.
- Proceed into the Garage and locate the Organ Transport Box.
- Unlock the box using the instructions found in the “Unlocking the Organ Transplant Box” file (located in the Lead Researcher’s Office puzzlebox safe).
How to find the Artificial Heart:
- Gain access to the Cold Storage door in the West Wing.
- Retrieve the Artificial Heart hanging in the center of the room.
Once both organs are in your inventory, return to the Examination Room to revive the creature. Defeat it to claim your Level 2 upgrade.
Care Center Security Clearance Level 3
The final Level 3 ID Wristband is acquired during a narrative beat in the Security Manager’s Office, located in the East Wing.
