While the objective seems simple, pinpointing the exact Medical Exam Room and the elusive records can be a bit of a maze. But don’t worry, we’ll get you there!
The Departure Building might present a minor challenge with a turret or a couple of enemy pops, and its central location means various Arcs patrol nearby. Thankfully, despite its proximity to the Launch Towers, this particular building doesn’t see a heavy influx of Raider foot traffic.

How to Complete Prescriptions of the Past in Arc Raiders
Your journey begins at the Departure Building on Spaceport, located just west of the central Launch Towers. Follow these steps to reach the Medical Exam Room:
- If approaching from the east, enter through the main entrance into the lobby.
- Head up the stairs, curving around to your left.
- Take the walkway on your left; you’ll see a sign for the “Medical Exam Room” above it.
- At the end of the walkway, pass under the overhang, then turn left again to officially enter the signposted “Exam Rooms.”
Once inside, your objective will update to “search for the records.” Navigate through the Medical Exam Room, past all the equipment and gurneys, until you spot a desk with a computer on your right.
On this desk, you’ll find yellow-marked folders. Interact with them to “Search Medical Records.” Once you do, the quest for Lance will be successfully completed!
